A perfect lunch cooked by my LM.. A pastry-less veg. quiche made with leeks, home grown tomatoes, asparagus and a tub of cottage cheese with chives and a measured amount of strong cheddar (5 syns). With this we had a baked potato, lettuce, cucumber and more home grown tomatoes. It wasn't just delicious but also very filling. Tonight we are having Heck spicy chicken sausages and roasted veg, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, one of my favourite meals... yes I am on plan. So anyone else's food plan as delicious??
